Ecological Footprint

The Ecological Footprint of Biofuels is a paper I wrote out of interest in the issue and in applying the Ecological Footprint methodology. Mathis Wackernagel used some of my conclusions in his presentations (see slide 23), and it also got referred to in this Brazilian paper about biofuels.

Here is an Ecological Footprint Calculator using data for US-based calculations that I donated to Global Footprint Network. I created the dataset originally to form the foundation of a business footprint calculator I developed. You can read about that FootprintScanner in this write-up on Triple Pundit.
